Food is Medicine
Arrived quickly. I’m sprouting these in a sprouting jar. They’re fantastic sandwich or salad toppers! Also delicious on hummus. Been eating a small amount every day and I’ve noticed that my hair is thicker, and skin is younger looking! Google it!

fenugreek bean sprouts
I use these fenugreek to make sprouts. They grow fine and make tiny bean sprout looking sprouts. Very easy. Very good. Very healthful

Great except for the occasional seed that doesn't soften when soaking.
I soak some of the dry fenugreek seeds in water for at least 24 hours and then have a little bit each morning. It's great and I'd give it 5-stars except for the seeds that stay hard that you have to watch out for. I almost cracked a tooth on it the first time I found a hard one. Now I've gotten into the habit of putting some of the soaked seeds onto a dish and feeling around for a hard one before eating any of them. I've also planted some of the seeds and they've sprouted and are growing towards full size. Oh, and yes, I smell like maple syrup and love it. haha

Great for brewing Fenugreek tea!
I got this to make iced tea with. It’s **significantly** less expensive than using tea bags and tastes just as good. 3-4 TBSP in the filter of a 64oz jug with boiling water, steeped 3 hours before filling to the top with cold water, refrigerating overnight before removing filter/fenugreek. A great purchase and would buy again!

High quality seed, very high germination rate for jar sprouting.
I have been trying various foods for health benefits. I have a coffee grinder that does a splendid job of grinding seeds and spices. I find these seeds to be very clean so I can grind them for cooking, etc. I also enjoy growing sprouts in jars as another way to get fresh veggies from my hippie garden on the counter in my kitchen. These seeds began sprouting in less than 24 hrs. Two or 3 table spoons in a quart sprouting jar will produce plenty for 2 people at just pennies per batch. Today is day four and the sprouts are turning green from chlorophyll. They are delightful and crunchy. They are not, by nature, sweet and tend to be normally a little bitter. I enjoy them as fresh greens by themselves or sprinkled into a salad. I also like to drop fresh sprouts into a stir fry or soup, avoiding overcooking. These can also be stored for emergency food during a crisis as a legume or getting fresh sprouts to keep you healthy.
