Excellent product. Tested at 47% Linoleic acid. Tested - vegan capsule shell. Happy to recommend to other users. Pumpkin seed oil has several benefits - bladder health, hair and scalp health, prostate health, urinary tract health, heart health. Great value for an organic product.

Easy to take and hair already feels silkier
Well packaged. It does have a smell to it but it’s not bad and definitely tolerable when taking. They’re a good size to swallow and not too big. With the amount you get compared to the price I think it’s good value for money. I’ve been taking them for 1 month so far and my hair is starting to feel a bit more silky. I will update this review after taking it for a couple of months to report back on it’s effectiveness to support hair growth

I was waking up to go to the bathroom some three times a night when I started taking the product. One month in, I can notice considerable improvement; I now go to the bathroom once a night, and sometimes not at all. It's been of observable help. The product package is fine, and the capsule is not bad for swallowing. I take one in the morning and evening.
