VictorinoxStraight-Blade REX Red Fruit and Vegetable Peeler

Yay! I did not know this style of peeler was still available in a high quality build. My mom and grandma both had similar peelers when I was growing up but I had only ever found cheaply made versions. I LOVE this one. It is both light weight and sturdy. It does its job just as well as I remember from my childhood. Great value for money too.It is simple and easy to use and peels fruit and veggies quicker than most options I have tried over the years. It fits perfectly in the drawer because it's not huge yet it's large enough to get the job done.

Super light and super, super sharp. I'm very pleased with how easy it is to clean, the red anodizing looks great.It's a vegetable peeler, I didn't think they were built different, but this is a VERY good vegetable peeler.

Great peeler. I have been using it for over a year and it is as sharp as the day I bought it. It does discolor after putting it in the dishwasher so it does not look as nice but remains very sharp.

This peeler is sharp, easy to use. It's the closest I could get to my Vintage Janfee WR Feemster Devault Hand Held Vegetable Peeler which I wish I hadn't thrown out. Had it in family for 60 years, but got to rusty and blade worn down dangerously. This is a fine replacement. It's comfortable in your hand. Great for large and small potatoes. Can't wait to peel some apples!

I like that it’s light, metal, the eye thingy works good. Sharp basic . I wished I replaced it with what I had which is Titan. That sob was a beast and light on say a peach. Or one of those fancy electric ones.. Them I would be in high cotton.

This is the real peel. It is tuned to take slices of the right thickness. It holds up to cleaning. It is that classic peeler that your grandparents had. The one that just works.
