I purchased this for my son — he does kickboxing in his jujitsu class, and he absolutely loves it. I usually practice with him, and the pad has excellent material that provides a solid, comfortable feel upon impact. It seems durable and should hold up well to regular use. The padding is firm and absorbs punches and kicks nicely. It also looks great! The top handle is thick and sturdy, though the two arm straps are a bit thin and not quite as solid as the handle — Overall, it’s a very good pad for the price and perfect for home training.

Great quality. Should hold up to the abuse. Solid padding, great for punches and kicks. Attractive looking. Top handle thick and solid but the 2 straps you place your arm through is a little thin, not as solid as the top handle. If one complaint.. that's it. Otherwise it's a decent pad

I wanted pads that weren't soft pillows. This was a good option. The pads are a little small for Adults, but still work well enough. I would buy again

I had bought another pad that was cheaper but was much too small to be useful. This one is a good size and good weight. Takes a punch well and seems well built. I am using it with my 9 and 11 year old so I don't know how well it will hold up for a serious puncher.

Saw the taekwondo Dojang using this for sparing for my kids classes. Bought this one, same brand, to practice at home. Works great! Very sturdy... I wish the straps has some pad on them.

This is a good size for an adult for kicking/ training in any of the martial arts. Good padding and quality. Convenient handles on top back with straps to secure your arm in center if needed to hold vertically. Would be better if it also had handles on the bottom to secure horizontal holding of the pad. Slightly curved to absorb kicks. Overall good medium sized kicking or punching pad.

Used to simulate body contact for basketball finishing drills. Works great. Recommended.

Lightweight and durable. Great value for money. My 8 year old beats the crap out of this thing and it takes it like a man.
