I got this chair a few weeks back and wanted to give an honest review.It arrived quickly and very well packaged. It wasn’t difficult to assemble- maybe 15 min. It’s firm. Not uncomfortable at all but definitely firm.I enjoy it daily with my coffee in the early hours as the morning is just starting. Sitting back, reading my book, listening to the birds outside.I’m glad I purchased it and it’s beautiful in the home. Cleans easily (vacuum) from the pet hair etc.

I bought this for my elderly mother in a retirement home. I was concerned that it would look too cheap for her tastes. However, the fabric was a gorgeous neutral color, sort of a faux linen look. It was easy to put together, but you will need a second person to help you, at least to get it out of the box initially! The construction is a little on the not-so-durable side, but for the price, I figure we can buy her another one in a couple of years when she is tired of this one! A couple of reviews said this chair was difficult to recline, but it isn’t really, just different than the ones that have the recliner handle/lever on the side- you just push back with your feet, arms and legs to make it recline. No biggee and not hard at all. I wish we had sprayed the recliner with fabric protector before we brought it inside, but my mom put a beautiful lapblanket/throw on it, which serves two purposes - protects the fabric a little and keeps her warm.

I'm 5'10", and the chair is a little to short in the back rest area for me. It's a great looking, sitting, fitting, and reclining chair, but there is no support for your head if you're a little tall. I would have loved to have a taller back rest, and it would have been perfect.I had to use ShipToHawaii to get it sent to me, but I still think it was worth it. Now I know, get a chair with a taller back rest/seat size next time.But it's comfortable, and I really do like the way it looks. No problem putting it together.

The Elizabeth Recliner is slim (35"W) and comfortable. The recliner comes in a large box and it is easily put together by one person, although two would best. You have to put on the legs and insert the back of the chair into a few grooves. Once it's all put together, it's simple to use as all you have to do is lean back to recline the chair and a footrest will pop out so you can put your feet up.The armchair makes an elegant yet unpretentious luxury statement in either a family room or main living room. It has a beautiful tufted diamond design and the light beige color will complement most furniture sets. We bought a blue one and a beige one to match our room's decor.Measurements: This recliner measures at 29.50” D x 35.00” W x 40.50” H.

Great quality, sturdy, and comfortable. Went together with ease. Nice chair for the money.

Decent recliner, used daily for many hours as main TV and gaming chair for me and my son, both tall and 220-250 lbs. Last night as I reclined the main metal frame brace split, and now it is wonky and would need serious repair, probably not worth it for the price and quality. Wood frame and edges in armrests could be felt under the padding but still reasonably cushiony. Good looking piece, not obviously cheap. Balance the low durability with the low price.

This is a great chair for the money. Looks great, reclines to two positions. The seat is pretty firm but other users have indicated it softens a bit over time. Assembly is pretty straight forward, though installing the wings is tricky because you cant’s see the metal parts or the screw hole while lining them up. My recliner arrived missing the metal sleeves on the back piece that fit over the metal pieces on the seat to hold the two sections together. A quick call to Amazon solved that. They delivered a new chair the next day and arranged for UPS to pick the defective one. I simply swapped out the back pieces. Could not have been easier.

Within a year of purchase and with not much use at all. Occasional normal seating without using the reclining feature the frame of this chair started to have in. It was not a lower price chair at all. The legs are bending into themselves and the frame somehow is as robust as a cardboard Manufacturer will not do anything to help and Amazon either. I'm now shopping for another chair since this is literally going with the trash. Forcibly gave one star to make this post happen
