Pricey and too small for my needs

I was leery because the price seemed too good for a great product. I'm glad I didn't let my doubts keep me from clicking "Buy". Packaging is excellent... TRIPLE BOXED! Assembly required (handles and knobs). Hardware provided is good quality and spare pieces are included. Lids fit beautifully. Lid rims are smooth and weld seams are nearly impossible to find. Lids are the best I have seen at any price.My apartment has no range. I use countertop induction units only. These pans work perfectly and heat evenly. I use silicone and wood tools only. Very little vegetable oil is needed to get effective non-stick performance. While not part of this set, I purchased the 10 inch fry pan for omelettes. Unlike other 10 inch induction-ready pans I have used the Eslite pan does not deform or "crown" in the center. With a medium heat setting it makes a perfect omelette.Clean up is simple... a wet, soapy dishcloth is all that's needed. I don't expect to ever need to "scrub" these pans.Product instructions warn against excessive heat. I didn't plan to use them in the oven (I don't have one). But the "high" setting on my induction units does not hurt these pans. I've been cooking with them for a month now and they still look like new. This set is a quality/value bargain!

We are so pleased with this pan, that we have two sizes now. We started with the smaller pan and liked the quality so much, we ordered this size. The handle is so comfortable and the pan cleans easily, no scouring or soaking required. It seems that it may last a lifetime.

Pans have been great to cook with. I’ve used them on medium /low heat as recommended and their excellent for cooking with. Really easy clean.
