I’ve been taking bromelain for a few weeks and I’m very satisfied with the results. It really helps reduce inflammation and swelling, especially after workouts. I’ve also noticed better digestion and less bloating when I take it with meals. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. I haven’t experienced any side effects so far. It feels like a natural and effective alternative for joint discomfort and recovery.

I do read reviews and am sometimes disappointed when they’re obviously solicited, fake or not believable. Recently I developed a nagging sinus infection and also managed to accidentally stab the gum area of my back molars with my electric toothbrush. The result was some serious mouth pain that got bad enough for me to think after this weekend is over, I’ve got to schedule a dentist appointment. Meanwhile I ordered this Now brand of Bromelain. I got results the first day I took it. I was hoping for some modest relief but I have to say the lowering of my pain level after taking two of these 500 mg capsules just once went from (on a one-to-ten scale) about a seven or eight to a three. I can still tell there is a little discomfort - but it is very tolerable and the swelling around those back molars has started to go down as well. I am an RN who has watched what happens when my patients are unfortunate enough to have to take serious pain medication. It’s not pretty. No wonder there is a nationwide campaign to curtail addiction and the widespread use of opioid and synthetic opioid medication. I have made it a point to steer clear of prescription meds in general and taken other Now brand supplements in the past. The quality was reliable and I hope this review for their Bromelain helps someone else out. Additionally, every RN I’ve ever known has some kinds of aches or pains. We grab draw sheets and routinely hoist patients up in bed. The wear and tear takes it’s toll. Incredible to me these everyday aches also seem to be less after taking this brand of Bromelain for a tooth ache. This stuff is definitely worth a try and nobody solicited my review. If I continue to get such great results from a supplement like this - it’s going to be part of my everyday routine! Add me to the list of people who have seen the positive results of using this natural protioletic enzyme that comes from a pineapple stem! Zero side effects, affordable, effective!

After a small arm surgery the dr recommended this. No idea if it healed any better than it would have without it. Now I take it for general health.

You can't go wrong with NOW supplements. They are quality products and the prices are fair. I use the Bromelain for it's anti- inflammatory properties. There is not bad taste and it's part of my daily regimen. This substance is found in pineapple juice and its stem, although I love pineapple this is much more convenient

This bromelain is simple to add to a daily routine and goes down without any issues. It is gentle on the stomach, and the ingredient list looks clean. The effects are pretty subtle, though. Some days it seems to help with mild swelling or digestion, and other days I do not notice much. Still, it is an easy supplement to try if you are curious about bromelain.

Bromelain can be used orally for different purposes. I use it to help reduce body wide inflammation. Good price point. Now foods is a family company. Yes that matters. Do recommend

I purchased this for the reduction of cellulite, improve circulation & to eliminate fibrous proteins etc. It's only been a few weeks & i have noticed an improvement with circulation & cellulite reduction. I also paired it along with Natto & Serra for enhanced effect. Be sure to take on an empty stomach. If you take alongside food it'll help you with digestion, but not break up the fibrous proteins or fat deposits. Would recommend

Easier to swollen since it’s capsule not hard tablet. Using it for joints and post op swelling. Thank you.
