Q: Does this fit a Citreon relay head rest?

You need to measure the distant between the 2 bars on the headrest. This is the only way you will know if it will fit. Mine is a Ford Transit Custom and fits perfectly.

Q: Is this universal fit to a headrest, also what is the weight limit, looking at a 24' TV mounting.

It didn't fit our motorhome seat headrest and the bracket didnt fit the back of our 24" TV
