Old product and expiring soon
The product was manufactured last year and is expiring within 4 months. And it cannot be returned. Poor display of customer services. Should have sent a new product

Oil is spell on the bag
Whole bottle is oily. And achar smell and taste both very old. Simple not the same fresh taste as shan achar have.

Great price, handy hot pickle, .....watch out for the ground bits pips/stone, will break ya teeth!

Without any knowledge of Indian food, I was looking for Achaar (sp) served in restaurants here. This is exactly what I wanted. Takes a minute to arrive and yes, it leaked some, but the seller does everything they can to keep it contained and it works. Just be careful taking it out of the box and you'll be fine. Product is still fresh and unopened, but some oils leak. Will order again. Best salty, bitter, aromatic condiment for rich foods. Once you've had it, nothing compares!
