Excellent Product. High Quality, Functional, and Nice Looking. Assembly is Simple - everything needed is in the Package. Instructions are clear. This is the 3rd one I have purchased of varying colors. Product shipped quickly and well packaged.

Everything is great. My only concern is the base. It could be heavier. I fear it could prove to be a little unstable in use and item on top tray may fall off.

I like almost everything about this product.I love that my spare roll are elevated off the floor, the tray is just right for your phone or a small item. I like the square base and the finish is great and it holds the big sized rolls I prefer.The only drawback is it must be stabilized to tear off the toilet paper otherwise it just continues to unroll. I didn’t detract a star for that because I feel like it is a universal problem. Someone suggested hanging the roll “backwards” that seems to result in either the roll unrolling or only one square tearing off, plus it awkward to reach and aesthetically unpleasant, so no.

Update: the item itself was not solidly built, but the seller was wonderful about reaching out to provide an exchange or refund. I added a couple of stars for the good customer service.--After only 2 months of light use, the stone base crumbled where the metal post attaches, so now the entire thing is useless. Item supposedly has a warranty, but cannot contact the seller to get a replacement, so am stuck with a broken stand. The concept for this is good, but I would NOT recommend getting any version of this that has a stone base, as it is not durable.
