I have the stainless knife version. I love it. It’s very well balanced and fits my large hands very well. It just feels RIGHT in my hand. Of course, no rust, ever.A couple of reviewers gave one star ratings. If you look at their review you will see they have the carbon steel version. They are completely different tools. Amazon should put those reviews with the correct item. This is confusing and unfair to this great tool.Carbon steel ones work fine but they easily rust.
