The reason that I gave this scale 4 stars are for the following two reasons. First off the scale does the job when ingredients need to be measured for a recipe. Scale function is not the issue.1st reason--the instruction sheet is so small that a magnifying glass is not strong enough to enlarge the print. I scanned a copy, converted it to a pdf and then magnified the manual to 200%. When I discovered that this scale has 9 different weighing functions and the I should leave the scale set to the "g" default. This looks like this scale is designed for jewelry also.2nd reason-- the 4 buttons have their functions etched into the plastic surface. This makes it hard to interpret the button. What I did was to take an ultra-fine point black ink Sharpie pen and filled in the etchings on the buttons. Now the buttons are very readable.

Good scale Alittle small. Only complaint is if you don't hurry to record weights, it automatically turns off and you have to start over. Also sometimes have to push the button acouple times to get it to tarder to 0.

Very small easy to operate the trays are great for me weighing out bbs for fishing sinkers real accurate.

Must have ez to use and compact

Fairly accurate for the most part, but there are are times when it starts making me doubt. Occasionally it will come up with with a big number when I barely have anything on it. I have to check with weights that it is weighing what it’s supposed to. It’s not really the fastest either, you have to wait a few seconds before it updates the weight. I work in grams so this may be the reason but it’s the whole reason I got it. Decent product overall just has some quirks.
