I find myself using this tool almost every morning. And every morning I find more crap in my ears even after showering definitely better than using Q-tips. The camera at the end is just an awesome little camera and it shows you every part of the inside of your ear. It is amazing.

my ears constantly have ear wax and having this makes it easier to keep them clean without having to use water and hydrogen peroxide. Maybe not a complete substitute but it has made it less of a issue so far.

The camera is nice enough and the auto-rotate function is really handy for getting your bearings. The tips are soft enough. The lights are bright, but they make the metal tip of the device uncomfortably hot (in your ear) after a very short amount of time. I find myself cooling the metal with my fingers every 20-30 seconds as needed. It's not going to burn you... it's just uncomfortable.

This was bought early for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately the time to return it has passed. I have played with this for countless hours today. It will not stay charged. The light doesn't come on. It will not turn on and it will not connect to the wi fi. It will still clean your ears but I wanted it for the camera -which does not work, because the product will not turn on.I'm so upset. On the plus side the black head removal kit is nice, but other than that, it's garbage.

I usually use cotton swabs to clean my earwax,but because my ear wax is hard, I couldn't clean it completely every time, which caused my ear wax to push deeper and deeper. I only went to the hospital for help. This was really frustrating until my friend introduced me to this earwax removal tool, It helps me clean my ear canal quickly and effectively, and it also gives me a clear view of what's going on inside my ear canal. And its app also supports video recording and photo taking, which greatly reduces my trips to the hospital. It's really an experience I've never had before and saves a lot of money at the same time.

Item description says 5 megapixel camera and box says 3 megapixels. Not which is correct but the video look better than I could have expected. Item description could use work compared to what box says. Had a hard time initially figuring out which model I had for the app because the box I received listed the model as the aurora, which wasn’t something I found in the app listing for models. Luckily, they also provide photos so I just matched the picture to the model I had in my hand. Happy with what I received for the price.

-Battery life is my biggest complaint: about 20 minutes.-Next complaint is the wax scraper tool that screws onto the camera. I wish it was a little more rigid, but it's probably safer being softer anyways. But for the price and functionality, 5 stars for sure.Forgot to mention the handy pick and acne set. Great addition!
