These knives are beautiful. They are well balanced, and are of great quality. Sharp, sharp, sharp!

Wonderful knives
If you take care of the knives. They will take care of your task at hand. These knives are very sharp out of the box and durable. It fits very well with the knife magnet block stand. When it comes to rust, I wouldn't place any of these knives in the dishwasher. Would only hand wash since these are quality knives. Wouldn't want to risk the dishwasher ruining an expensive product. You definitely get what you pay for.

Hexclad Damascus Steel Knives
These might be the sharpest knives I’ve ever used. They cut through steak so easily, when we first used them we looked at each other and said the same thing—“This might be the sharpest knife I've ever used.” Expensive but high quality. We have some of the kitchen knives as well and they stay sharp longer than our other, lesser, knives. Pretty nice, recommended.

Excellent! Definitely rusts easily but love the sharpness. Take care and wash by hand.

Best knives I’ve owned
Love these knives! As a self proclaimed home chef, I can tell you good knives are just as important at home as they are in the restaurant. These guys are the real deal. I’ve used many different types of knives that I’ve picked up at Marshalls or Ross. Each time the knife is decent quality, but ultimately it doesn’t hold up to the test of time. I haven’t had these long enough to see that just yet however I can say my immediate reaction is that these knives are fantastic. Thankfully, I already have a sharpening block that is set at 12°. Do yourself a favor and buy a multi angle so you can accommodate.
