Very good quality, sounds great for karaoke.

i own the spark sl and baby bottle from this brand and i'm v happy w the vocal output. this condenser is v bright and complements middle to high sounding voices, and its been in my mic locker for years—i still cycle it in my room setup often.

I'm not any sort of recording studio professional—I'm a ham radio operator who strives for good quality audio in the AM mode. Giving a lot of thought to what microphone would best complement the characteristics of my voice, this is the microphone I chose, after looking at many reviews. I'm not a guy with a deep "Darth Vader" voice; I've got more of a "Luke Skywalker" voice, with far more mid-range and highs than lows. This microphone lived up to its reviews, accentuating the presence and brilliance portions of the audio spectrum in my voice, and I've gotten a great many complements on the clarity of my audio. Everyone's voice is different, and given the characteristics of mine, I don't think I could have made a better choice. One caution: the thin stem that connects the microphone's head to its body looks fragile. You don't want to drop any good quality microphone, but dropping this one would probably be disastrous. I use the Heil PL 2T microphone boom, available on on Amazon.

I had a blue spark digital for years and thinking aobut an upgrade, i tried blue yeti pro/ rode NTK/ blue baby bottle/ blue bluebird sl. i decide to go with blue bluebird sl. i highly recommend blue bluebird sl if you you have a clear crispy highpitch vocal. it make your vocal go high way more easier compare other three mic i tried. if you a male deep/bass voice, i will recomment try baby bottle or rode NTK. blue yeti pro catch too much background noice even with a audio interface when singing but good for easy quick vocieover. rode NTK is most quiet but voice doest sound very clear as a female singer. after tried several mics, i highly recomment this blue bird SL, this is by far my favorite mic under $500.

I already had the correct cables and an audio interface that works reliably - all my other microphones successfully work on this interface. The mic showed up with the front of the mic loose and falling off. I couldn't even get it to pop back on. The inside was literally exposed. Additionally, it doesn't work at all upon plugging it in. Worst part is, I am paying over time through Affirm on this totally defunct item. Now I have extra steps to take to try and contact Affirm to get this sorted out. Really disappointed in Amazon.
