What did i dislike? Hmmm, let me see. Overall everything is what i would say. Primary issues i will add below: 1. First and foremost and a fr*kn annoying thing is the false bloody notifications. There is a gazillion notifications saying it detected person. But in reality all it detected was a bug. 2. It says it has AI. Now AI basically means that it is an artificial intelligence. So the Intelligence has to be updating based on the behaviour over time. It does jack sh... 3. Data retention is a whole another thing here. It holds only 7 days of data on cloud, based on my plan. But on my memory card as well it is holding something similar. But i dont get to see what is stored on my memory card on the app... I will need to remove the card to see everything in it. 4. The app..... OOOOOOO my goood the appppp. The level of frustration it has given me all this time. The connectivity is just miserable. If the wifi by god's mistake dies for a second, I will need to manually reconnect this stupid POS, by standing in front of it and scanning my mobile. And the use of a security cam is that it will be mounted to a location that is hard to reach. Well with this amazing technology I have to become basically a monkey on a stool with one and a half leg on the stool to perform this rocket science. 5. Saved positions / co-ordinates on the app for quick look on the app. Everytime it offsets the position when motion tracking is on say 10-12 centimeters in its axes. Because the reason i can think of is that the ai (if any is present) is not remembering from where it started the motion tracking and where it has ended up. I would need to delete the saved positions and then re add it. So evidently I had to give up on the motion tracking to keep the co-ordinates properly working. 6. The Streaming, I do have good network connectivity. But the streaming is absolutely horrible when i am away from home. The audio is choppy, talkback is just unusable. It uses 2.4 GHz wifi. But the onboard computer is really useless that it doesnt even use the full bandwidth i feel. It gets overloaded with just streaming data. 7. Automations - MEEEEEEEHHHHHH, it should be called manual partially automated doable tasks. The automation doesnt contain a full sweep of the entire left and right for any presence. Or atleast the saved locations to be rotated. Or atleast this could have been a paid feature for the plan i bought for bloody nothing. The difference between all the different plans they have is just a couple days more of data retention. All these are very much required features for a security camera. It has some kind of automations like triggering an alarm if it detects motion / a person. But the detection quality of this camera is really B...s..t. so those automations are really garbage TBH. Overall. I would say dont buy this. This is just a whole load of crap you have to deal with "false notifications, unusable app, useless ai, useless automations, etc etc". Pay for better security. Dont make my mistake of buying this.

I purchased the Qubo Smart 360 WiFi CCTV Security Camera from Hero Group and I must say, I am extremely impressed with its features and performance. Camera comes with a 2MP 1080p Full HD resolution, providing clear and sharp images. It also has a wide 360-degree view, ensuring that every corner of the room is covered, making it perfect for home security purposes. The installation process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the easy-to-follow instructions provided in the manual. The mobile app is user-friendly and allows me to control the camera remotely, making it convenient for me to keep an eye on my home even when I am away. One of the things I love about this camera is the two-way talk feature. I can communicate with whoever is in the room through the camera's built-in microphone and speaker. This has come in handy multiple times when I needed to talk to my pet while I was away or even to give instructions to someone at home. Another great feature is the night vision capability. I was pleasantly surprised by the clear and detailed images it captured even in low light conditions. This definitely adds an extra layer of security to my home. The option for cloud and SD card recording is also a game-changer. I can choose to either store my footage on the cloud or on a micro SD card, giving me peace of mind that my footage is safe and secure. The fact that this camera is made in India by the Hero Group is another huge plus for me. Knowing that I am supporting a local brand and getting a high-quality product is a win-win situation. Overall, I highly recommend the Qubo Smart 360 WiFi CCTV Security Camera for anyone in need of a reliable and efficient home security camera. It has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance, ease of use, and features. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I believe it is worth every penny.

QUBO IS A HORRIBLE SECURITY-CAMERA PRODUCT LINE NOW… DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Since my earlier purchase 2 years ago, I bought two more Qubo Smart Cam360-3MP models alongwith a Smart Bullet model early last month. Their Cam360 cameras came DOA (dead-on-arrival): one failed to read our WiFi QR code, both failed to read the Samsung EVOPlus 128GB/256GB microSD chips, ALL of which work fine on the older CAM360's I had before, as well as the new Qubo Bullet camera I just bought. Here is how pathetic their new product line AND customer service have become over time: 1. After days of scheduing and repeat calls, i started getting a tech support call, which I received a total of 5 of during last 4 weeks, each at a progressive higher level few days apart (vs promised 24 hours apart). 2. EACH LAYER of tech support went through a video/audio call asking me to run their prescribed sequence of testing, lasting 20-30 minutes each. 3. EACH TESTER passed on the baton to the next level, without any recording of what they found on actually verified defects. 4. So I was asked to repeat the same test sequence in at least 4 separate episode of testing, oblivious of prior failed test results. At least 20-30 minutes each time! 5. After spending 3-weeks of these 4 sessions at painful cost of my time and attendance, I was finally told that their senior-most technician will call and resolve the issue by sending a serviceman to the site or sending a replacement of the two DOA units. 6. NONE OF WHICH seemed to be happening for a week, so I called back to check. We already had waited for a whole month since shipment to activate the cameras. 7. WOULD YOU BELIEVE, the 5th call finally came 2 days ago... and the technician still asked for testing the cameras ALL OVER AGAIN via video call as before! Apparently they still had no record at all of prior test-results, all of which had consistently failed. This lady still had no intention of replacing the defective units, nor sending a service technician to our site, as they claimed they do in such cases. Nor would they let me speak to their upper management to notify this terribly lousy customer/tech-support system they have in place. 8. I told them I'd throw the defective cameras out the window, and buy a different brand, if I have face whole another round of insulting test-after-test procedures, with no end in sight. 9. SO FOLKS, this company is now using customer's precious hours to their quality control testing, which is supposed to happen during the manufacture or right after as the next step, prior to packaging for shipment. SO PLEASE BE AWARE THIS PRODUCT LINE HAS BECOME A THIRD-RATE PRODUCT, which needs to be avoided if you don't want to face the fate we suffered. Not to mention the wasted cost of these devices.

Camera is good but Qubo Mobike app is too slow

It says that recording is 30fps, but when I checked the videos after downloading they are 15fps. Reported the same to customer service, but nothing happened. Couldn't follow up more. Night view is good as even in pitch black you get the video recording. Audio recorded is also fine, but I see sometimes the audio has lag. Some other problems Playing back recorded videos are a hassle. On every scroll, it takes around 5-10 seconds to load the video. You cant do fast forward or fast reverse. I understand that the recording is inside camera and fet hing the stream from camera to phone via internet is bandwidth heavy task, but at least last 10 mins should be cached by the app. To even view last 30 seconds, you need to wait for a minute or so as that video gets saved on the card and then scroll to somewhere 1 min back and then waith another 5-10 secinds to load the video. That too will start from a different time then what you scrolled into. When you click download, there is no feedback that download is running. After a few seconds you get a notification that download is complete. Downloaded video is not seen instantly in gallery. ( This could be a device related issue) Continuos viewing takes a toll on your phone. Iphone gets heated too much while my samsung s21 doesnt heat but battery drains fast. Running the app on an older version of android phone drains battery too fast. Camera rotation is not smooth. You just cant point to the desired direction. It will go either left or right. The movement should be more granular to give more control. The live indicator hides when UI controls hide. There should be a setting where you can enable the love indicator to show always just like timestamp. No option to change the time to 24hrs format UI has many bugs like live cam wont open from main screen but after switching device it starts working. Live viewing pauses automatically many times in a day. The device comes only in white color. At least black should be available. They also lure you into 2 months of subscription if you give a review on amazon. They also promised additional warranty if I give 5 start rating. Some new tactic that many companies are doing now a days to increase their product ratings.
