These reusable pods looked to be good quality but we unfortunately couldn't use them. I thought I ordered the right product but they didn't fit our Keurig. The company wanted to hear if there was any problem so I contacted them (card that comes in box has the email address) and got a return email within an hour. The service was excellent...not only prompt but extremely helpful and nice to deal with. I'd have been glad to to exchange them but our Keurig stopped working shortly after we received these pods and we decided not to get another Keurig. I promptly received a refund on the pods. I would gladly do business with this company again!

I'll admit I was worried these wouldn't work well, but they're great. The top doesn't have the rubber pieces like my old ones and I worried about grounds getting in the cup, NO ISSUE at all. It helps make a stronger cup of coffee too because the top allows for the water flow to be fully functional. Highly recommend.

These cups work great! I had one from the actual Keurig brand, but to use that I needed to remove the part that holds KCups which was bothersome. This brand empties easier and seems to brew more freely than the Keurig one.

I've been using these for six months now, which equates to over 300 cups of coffee, and have never experienced the problems complained about in the negative reviews. First of all, make sure your Keurig has five pins in the handle, not just one. If you have one pin, buy a design with one hole, not five. Sheesh people!Never have I had a problem rinsing out the basket. I tap the pod into my compost bin to remove 99% of the grounds (into the trash is fine, too) and then rinse under running water. It comes out perfectly clean. I can only assume the people complaining about grounds sticking in the (necessary) groove at the bottom are packing their coffee in (don't do that!) or using a grind that's too coarse (don't do that either!).Just as with my older, one-pin design Keurig and pods, I always end up with a tiny amount of residue at the bottom, so I don't drink the last quarter-inch and simply rinse out my cup. Here's a tip: after your coffee is made, lightly swirl the cup to remove residue from the sides, which sinks to the bottom.These work perfectly if you have the right Keurig. Again, before purchasing, lift the handle to see if your Keurig has one pin or five. If you have just one pin, don't buy these!

Honestly these are phenomenal! They work so much better than my old reusable K-Cups that I got from the grocery store. 10 out of 10

These work great. Wish a couple of them had come with our new Gen 2 Keurig.
