Great price for a great ladder
I used this to finally get to my roof and remove some vines that were trying to get into the siding. It was very easy to use but I felt that release button can very easily cause an accident with your hands if you're not careful. Also while transporting it can be an issue since you extend the steps by lifting up, so you kind of have to have the strap locked in place. It did feel very sturdy when I used it and I didn't feel like I was in any kind of danger while at about 15 feet up as a 190lb person. The weight is manageable but it is a lot of aluminum so keep that in mind when transporting it if you're not someone who is capable of lifting the weight.

The Perfect Ladder
It’s a tremendous ladder. Super convenient and lite to move around, can be stored very easily. Extensions function very well along with the locking and unlocking mechanism. Felt sturdy and did not buckle under weight. Would buy again!

Decent, gets the job done.
I'm an independent adjuster for property and I've used this ladder almost daily about 3-10 times a day for about 6 months.I've used it quite a bit in that time so the wear and tear is probably more than usual but I immediately made it my go to over my 22ft gorilla ladder as it's half the weight and easily does single story and 2 story ladder pull roofs. I'm 160lbs and I find the ladder quite trustable fully extended along with the weight being very doable.Cons:1. The rubber feet have been completely worn down for 6 months of use, but still work, although not ideal. Wouldn't be a problem if there were replacement parts but I have found none.2. The plastic clips that you use to collapse the ladder are prone to coming off which can be a problem if lost or damaged because you will NOT be able to collapse the ladder anymore without it. Also wouldn't be a problem if they sold separate replacement parts but so far I have found none.Overall a decent ladder for light daily use but will only last 6 months before you have to get a new one if you're a heavy user.

Good for light duty household use.
Used it for first time today and it was easy to extend and collapse as advertised. Overall a good quality ladder at good price for household usage.

Must for RV without attached ladders!
Bought this ladder for my husband when we go camping! Our travel trailer does not have an attached ladder. However, we need to be able to get onto the roof. The first couple trips, we took the huge ladder that we have at our house. This ladder is perfect for camping as it does not take up a lot of space. It was stable and easy to set up. It is heavier than I expected but if it was lighter then it would not be as good of quality. If you have an RV without a ladder, this is definitely a must!

Love this ladder!
Very lightweight and compact. Easy ladder to use to to get to the high places in our house. And, the way it automatically drops from extended into the compact size is fun!It does feel a little flimsy when extended. I wouldn’t want to be up and down on it all day long. And, be careful leaning it against painted drywall. It leaves marks. Put a towel or something between the top of the ladder and your wall.

Hard to use
First of all, the instructions are useless. This is my first time with a telescoping ladder and there are obviously things that are different than having a standard ladder. I spent about an hour or two just trying to figure out how to lock the 2 joints into an A frame. The weird handle thing that I'm GUESSING (because there are worthless instructions) is supposed to lock the ladder into an A, did nothing for the first 45 minutes of me messing with it. I pulled and tugged and flipped it and everything and it wouldn't lock it into an A. Then suddenly it did? Has me feeling like this thing isn't reliable if only sometimes it locks? There are also 2 loose pieces that you have to put on and the instructions say nothing about one of the pieces (the paint bucket piece) so I have no clue where and how to install this, and there are very vague instructions on how to install the stabilizer bar. HINT: You must BREAK OFF the little plastic stoppers where the stabilizer bar goes (um, why are those even there in the first place??). After me fiddling with this for about 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get that bar in that slot, I finally just broke one of them and of course, it went in. I've never had a product that I must BREAK in order to put it together. Seems odd. And this was not mentioned in the instructions. It just tells you to put it in the slot, which you can't unless you break those pieces completely off!Lastly, and here is the reason I may or may not keep this thing, you MUST have the ladder extended all the way to its full potential for it to work. If you try to have it just a few links up, it won't work. There is nothing locking the steps when the steps are in their retracted position. So if you try to put this latter at, say, 3 rungs extended because you only need to reach something that isn't super high, then the other remaining rungs will still be loose and cause you to lean and slide all over the place. You WILL fall off the ladder if you try to do this lol. Sucks for me because I got this ladder assuming I could have the rungs extended to as far as I needed them, short or long. I need this for 2 purposes and one of those purposes needs it to be short. I must have missed this in the description, if it was even in there. I'm definitely not happy about that aspect of this ladder. Also, the steps aren't so easy to put down. It will take you a minute to push all the buttons, jiggle it (most of the time they don't work on the first or second or third try), then walk around to the back of it to push those buttons at the same time (I need 4 hands?), to try and get it retracted. It's not as quick as one would hope. It does retract small though, so I guess that's a plus.Overall, I don't like this thing. The only thing I like is that I can store it without taking up a lot of space.
