All the games i have ever bought come plastic wrapped. this one did not. is this normal? or did someone open my package?

Hi, I am the creator of the game and owner. That is NOT normal. I pay Amazon to warehouse and ship my games. I know sometimes when customers return a game they repackage it and sell it again - perhaps that is what happened here? It's neither. The game has no agenda, and is a true/false game based on facts, data, studies, etc. As you mentioned, some reviews say its pro-conservative and others say it has a liberal bias - i think this is proof that the game does not favor either side - b/c it would be impossible to be both! Ultimately the way the game is played, Right Or Racist actually measures the bias of the player(s). There is no inherent bias in the game itself.

What age is too young for this? Is there language or adult themes?

There are definitely adult themes and foul language in this game, so it really depends. I know some of my customers have purchased it for their high school aged kids and enjoyed it. But thats going to vary depending on your family's tolerance for adult language / themes

Whats the minimum amount of players?

While the game is most fun with more players, I recommend a minimum of 3, so you can have a majority for debate questions.
