The derailleur is alright. No scratches / rust. There are no logos on it. It's a downpull derailleur for 31.8mm post tube.

It's is not universal fit.
The seller lie saying it is universal fit but it is not fit at all . Size is very small it shift only 2 gears at the time but not all 3 gears because size is small.seller should compensate for the time waste.
