Delivers on its promise
Been quite sceptical to start with but was desperate after taking multiple courses of antibiotics. Have had quite a few health problems and antibiotics seem to sort them out but my vaginal natural flora suffered as a consequence.I have noticed a difference after two days of taking these supplements, and full benefit was noticeable after only one week of taking them on daily basis. Thrush zappers!
I had no idea vaginal flora was even a thing until mine went haywire! These capsules are gut-friendly and aim to restore healthy bacteria in your lady parts too. If you are suffering from thrush, try them. They're a great price compared to similar products, and work just as well, so they're worth having around the house. Would work well as a precautionary measure whilst taking antibiotics too.

I've ordered Urika supplements before and have been very happy. I appreciate the fact that they are British made and clearly marked as being suitable for vegans. They use vegetarian capsule shells and similar attention and care to detail is taken with their ingredients. You get 30 capsules here and the recommended daily serving is one capsule so a month worth. Not bad considering the price of well under a tenner. Definitely one to consider.
