If you are low maintenance with your cookware, I don't think this is for you.I ended up going into research mode looking for good pans that will last me awhile and not get absolutely destroyed and I found this. You WILL need to buy Barkeeper's friend to keep this clean depending on what you cook with it (or baking soda and some diluted vinegar and water). Since it's stainless steel, it heats up pretty quick.This has been perfect for me to make eggs in and sautee some veggies. The key is patience so if you don't have that, probably don't bother. Been using this a couple months now and it still looks amazing. It has a thicker bottom and the handle is sturdy PLUS the lid is good for over easy eggs. It did stain underneath but that was my fault, and I'm not a stickler to keep everything neat besides the inside of the pan but I have seen that it's completely preventable. If you don't want scratches, do NOT use metal scrubbers.Protip: Ya gotta learn some science (Leidenfrost effect) esp if you plan to cook meats and fish on this. Google and Youtube is your friend <3

I really like this pan. I was a little conflicted about a glass top, but it turns out that I love it. I fits very secure on the pan, washes well in the dishwasher, and is made of thick glass, so it is not flimsy. I use my pan on my induction unit because I really hate a full stove. I do not do cakes, pies, etc. that require an oven so my stove top is covered and not used at all and my oven is used for storing my pots and pans. I needed a pan this size for cooking eggs and small to medium portions for meals. The pan cleans up very easily. I use a metal coiled-type scrubber for the harder to remove cooked on remains, but the pan still looks almost new. I have been using stainless steel pots and pans for years and prefer them over the other types. Lately it seems that the sellers have realized that lots of us have graduated to induction, so there is more choices in induction-friendly cookware. I love the selections we now have.I would recommend this fry pan and lid to anyone - it is a great cookware addition that will last for years.

I use it daily to cook lunch/dinner for my toddler. Works well for me.Nice heat distribution and very easy to clean with a soft scrubber. Would recommend.

I like the pan a lot. Have no trouble at all keeping it clean and stain free and it’s the perfect size with a nice weight to both the pan and the cover.

I'm truly confused by all the reviews that say everything sticks. I've had this pan since April 2023 and love it. I seasoned the pan liberally before using but, honestly, I didn't follow the rest of the instructions. I cook on medium, sometimes high heat. I use metal utensils I pretty much abuse this poor pan and it cleans up like a dream. I always put butter in the pan before heating. Food sometimes sticks but cleans easily. After using, I wipe the pan with paper towels, soak it in warm water with dish soap for 10 minutes and then it cleans up with minimal effort. Maybe wiping the grease out of the pan before soaking may help keep the pan seasoned. To me, it's a great light weight pan that is easy to use and easy to clean.

This Mueller 8" fry pan is absolutely beautiful. It is well made and has a solid construction without being heavy. With that said, I am completely disappointed in the performance of the pan. It's your typical stainless steel, non-stick pan (food sticks). Even so, with cooking spray it cooks just fine, however it is very easily scorched. And once it is burnt, the more you use it, the more burnt it gets, even on very low heat. Hence the reason for the 3 star rating on this beautiful pan. I really wanted to love it.

Just opened and use 2x. Eggs cooked well with oil but sausage patties turned pan dark brown and unable to wash out!! Had to use a stone to remove stains. Pan now scratched and need to dispose.

The color changed when I turn on gas right at the very first use, so bad. it's not easy to remove by soap only as it is burned. Doesnt feel durable or sturdy. The lid is ok. I returned it

Es mi primer sartén inoxidable y limpiarlo era un tema que preocupaba para usar y realmente se pude limpiar fácil. La temperatura es uniforme no sobre quema y en especial al cocinar medallones de atún comparado con otros sartenes, este deja el cocinado perfecto digno de un restaurante de altura.

La sartén es bonita y de sensación fuerte pero con más uso podré decir con más precisión si la calidad del acero es suficiente... De momento funcional
