Very nice, super soft. My PT wanted me to roll out my IT band and I just could NOT with other rollers. They are too hard and I feel like I’m causing bruising.I got this one and now I can roll out any part of my legs. It still does the job and tea massages the muscles and tendons, just no bruising at the end.

I got this strictly for rolling my back - the other one I had was too firm and hurt my back, and my therapist recommended a softer one. This one is perfect - I probably didn't need the 36" one but it was the only one that was available the next day and it works great, there is just more of it to store. I ended up getting a little mounting rack for it to keep it off the floor. Cats like to destroy these things so I wanted to keep my new one completely out of reach. Great roller, not so firm that it hurts and still does the job needed especially for spinal and back therapy.

Soft foam. It was so big I cut mine in half so now I own two rollers.

I have a harder foam roller, but I prefer this softer one when stretching out my back. It’s more comfortable and I can use it longer than the hard foam roller.

This is a great item to use if you have back issues. This is really good for stretching. It’s very comfortable and lightweight. I would recommend it.

Recommended by physical therapist because it is still firm enough to do exercise but won’t hurt while laying on it. Super soft doesn’t mean squishy.

As soon as I took the roller out of the box and opened the plastic packaging, I was overwhelmed by the powerful chemical smell. I couldn't even go near the product or consider using it. Returned it right away and ordered the slightly more expensive Melt roller, which I've used before and that doesn't have a toxic odor.
