Great item and cheeper on amazon than in the shops

Perfect for my dog who has bladder issues. Recommended by my vet

This food has been great for managing my dogs urinary crystals. It does however require a certain amount to be fed to be effective and I found he was putting on weight. After consultation with a Hills representative I switched him to the hills c/d+metabolic which has has same dissolution effect but can be fed at a calorie deficit (where as this normal c/d can not) and he has lost most of that weight again. This food is not good for my dog she just won't eat it and I thought it was expensive for such a small package I should have knowen from previous occasions buying hills it is expensive and she really dosent like it a vet recommended it because my dog has problems with her tummy I can send it back and request a refund

My dog can only eat this type of food so for my dog it's good delivery was good and price good for this type of food

Nella descrizione del prodotto scrivono 5000 grammi, 5 chilogrammi e 7,99 al kg per un totale di 39,95, facendo un piccolo conto matematica dunque dovrebbero essere proprio 5Kg, in realtà il prodotto è solo di 1,5Kg. Scrivo al venditore e mi dice, tra l’altro senza dire che le dispiace ma, anzi, con un tono saccente, che sono IO che ho MAL INTERPRETATO perché il titolo è CHIARISSIMO e non dovevo guardare la descrizione e per questo devo pagarmi 10 EURO DI SPEDIZIONE per fare il reso (fatalità, però, dopo la mia segnalazione la voce “peso” nella descrizione sparisce magicamente). Dopo 5 giorni che IGNORA le mi affermazioni dove le indico ciò che è scritto CHIARO E TONDO in descrizione, si inventa che quelle inserzioni di vendita non sono gestite direttamente da loro, ma da Amazon, cosa che mi è stata ASSOLUTAMENTE smentita dal servizio clienti di Amazon. Dopo poco mi offre un’altra soluzione: mi dice che hanno avvisato Amazon, che ha provveduto ad abbassare il prezzo e che se avessi voluto mi avrebbe fatto il rimborso della differenza. In pratica un’altra presa per i fondelli, anche perché il prezzo viene stabilito da loro, non da Amazon e in ogni caso i tot euro al kg, ancora oggi, fanno intendere che il peso sia di 5kg. ESPERIENZA TERRIBILE.
