You will received as picture ad. I'm just a home owner that usually tries to fix something before calling the professionals, I wasn't sure if I will be receiving the transmiter and receiver for this item or I need it to order two. when you read description it say quantity ( 1 ) I even ask the question to the seller and they say one, I formulated the question on a different way and still got the same answer. I glad I ordered with the intentions of finding out. yes you will receive as picture and it was pack and delivery with care. I was able to replace my old ones with this and it is working perfectly.

i use these to replace failed photo eyes on gates that i installed. the local supplier was out of stock so i bought them on line and had them in two days. the customer was pleased. it cost a bit more but i took care of the customer.
