This knife has become my go to prep knife and I am surprised! I have a knife drawer full of Hinkle Pro knives that I dearly love and use all of them but this knife keeps an edge better and for more uses. The width of the blade is super for slipping under chopped item and to move them to a bowl or pan. Though it isn't a full tang knife it is well balanced and easy to use, and I am left handed. The handle isn't as nice a feel as a smoother one but it certainly isn't uncomfortable. This is a very inexpensive knife but it is absolutely awesome. I would purchase all the models for someone just starting their kitchen collection. HIGHLY recommend this blade.
