Most of the negative reviews I saw on this are due to people cutting themselves. Yes it’s sharp (like it is supposed to be!!). As long as you pay attention and use the gloves and guide supplied you’re good. Great product!

I remember visiting a friend's house and cooking with him. He had a beautiful and incredibly expensive adjustable Mandoline. We sliced and diced. Made homemade potato chips, and sliced up a whole bag of onions for French onion soup. I bought a cheap one for home, and it was exactly that -- CHEAP, and rather than being adjustable it had only 2 settings you could get by replacing the blades. This product is AMAZING. The adjustment knob is very fine-grained, it has the ability to swap out the cutting heads, and the fact that it sticks to the countertop are all huge winners for me. Why didn't I buy this sooner?!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it.

It’s just what I was looking for.

I wanted a device to help with my meal prep and thought I had found the answer. Although the blades are sharp, the food guard used to grip what is being sliced doesn't stay in place. The metal prongs arent long enough to hold the food in place causing it to constantly fall off.

Items was as advertised. Delivery was prompt and securely packaged. Use Gloves. Not hard to clean but focus and clean slowly. Focus Blades are deadly.
