I have used many different epilators in the past and this one works as well as any other with the added bonus of being cordless. I had an issue with the epilator head not working properly after a few months and the Seller was quick to respond to me and assist with troubleshooting. When this didn't work they shipped out a replacement product quickly and without any issues.

I've been epilaring my legs for over 10 years now. This is my fourth one I've purchased. The last one was over $100.00 and it was alright, for a big name brand. It crapped out on me and I needed a one but I wasn't about to spend a ton of cash on something that was just so-so. I saw this one while perusing and there was a wicked deal on it. I purchased it for less than what it listed at. Anyway, I figured, what the heck, let's try it. WELL, am I glad I did. This thing is AMAZING. My legs are very sensitive so I use the low setting and my legs have never been so smooth. There's an art to epilating. Slow and steady. It holds the charge well. I've used it twice and still haven't had to charge it. (I charged it fully before the first use) Its comfortable to hold and the longer handle makes hard to reach areas easy to get to. Epilating is uncomfortable but this one makes it less uncomfortable. The other thing I like is it doesn't BREAK the hair, it actually pulls it OUT so your legs stay smoother, longer. I say, give this one a try. I'm not disappointed with it and I would definitely buy it again!!

I have super thick body hair and this handled it like nothing! Results are super long lasting since normally if I were to shave in the morning I'd be stubbly by the evening, but with this I can easily go a month before I notice any major growth. instructions even included some great tips to minimize the pain which helped tremendously! Battery life is also long enough for me to go extremely slow while dealing with my thick hair, however spots I've done previously where the hair is thinned out takes no time at all. Been using this since I got it and I don't think I'll ever go back to regular shaving!

Lasted like 6 months, it was always weak and inefficient, would take me like 2 hours to get my legs done. Then after about 5-6 months of use the epilator/hair removal head got stuck and stopped working.Total waste of money for me should have just gone with a better quality but more expensive one.Two stars cause I guess its ok if you only want to use it for the razor heads.

i found that the foil head was actually useful; the other heads just didn't work well at all. then, within a week of owning this item, it rolled off the bathroom counter and ever since doesn't work almost at all. it will not turn on whatsoever unless i have it plugged into the wall and directly into the machine, and even then only intermittently, turning on and off. i am really disappointed in the lack of quality considering the cost of the item and no product support for it. Now i'm out 70 bucks :( If you need something even slightly durable this may not be for you.
