Assembling this chair is bit tough as the top screws of the backrest don't get inserted otherwise it is a good, comfortable chair at an economical price range. Features such as seat height adjustment, wheels and armrest are good.

Defective product sent by Da Urban and after sales service is a disaster
The media could not be loaded. Within 2 months of receiving this chair the backrest has gone loose. Without pulling out the lever the backrest reclines on its own without getting locked you can even fall if you lean on the back rest. After sales service and technical support is not in place need to call them repeatedly to find a resolution. The technician at the time of assembly missed screwing up the nuts bolts which has worsened the case. Chair is under 3 years warranty but what's the use if problem is not solved. Request team Amazon to intervene and help.
