What a relief!
I have no idea how or why it works but it does! A friend recommended after watching me try to repair my makeup after a hot flash at a black tie event. The flashes also embarrassed me at work but I just suffered through it. It started working within a couple of days. It's just incredible.It really is!

I'm on my third bottle of this. I keep it on my desk at work and it works *instantly* when a hot flash strikes. I mean, in the next breath after swallowing it, especially if it's undiluted. I recommended it to a colleague who is just starting the Change.

When I first used this on my face it felt great. But after a week of using it my face started itching. So I stopped using it to see if that was what was causing the itch. And it was and I sent it back.
