Used in a high production we have 10 of these tools and on average I repair 2 each day. They give you 2 spare pushers and springs and you will need more. They also give you wrenches and you should tighten EVERYTHING before you start using this tool including removing the large nose piece and tighten the parts inside and the screw on top for adding hydraulic oil. Use dry air otherwise moisture will collect inside due to the vacuum that holds the rivets and sucks the nails into the back compartment and cause damage. The valves stick thus causing you have to remove the valves and clean to get operating again. Given the chance, I would purchase from another manufacturer. Parts seem to take 2-3 weeks to receive.
