Did you notice benefits immediately or did it take time?

I noticed a cognitive sharpness increase within the first 3 days. I took this supplement 1 time a day for 120 days, all of my brain fog is cleared! Now I've scaled back to 3 days a week, and not noticed any regression.

Is this the same thing as quinine ?

First of all they are two different words, Quinone and Quinine. Neither of them are pronounced the same, and neither of them come from the same source. Pyrroloquinoline quinone is present in many natural foods that we consume, or should consume anyway, such as parsley, green pepper, kiwi, papaya, spinach, and a few more... Quinine on the other hand, the main source is cinchona tree bark, but it does occur naturally in grapefruit also.
