The paint is actually very good, love the color very much haha.Just ensure that you know using this is not like using regular spray paint, nitro paint is very picky about temperature of the paint, temperature around it as it dries, and humidity. If you don’t understand how Nitro paints and lacquers work and how to use them, you are probably going to get some negative results.

I bought this as an alternative top coat for guitar finishing. Compared to the cost of other nitro lacquer spray cans, the price is more than reasonable. However, there has been a bit of a learning curve with this product. Even after applying a tack-coat, the product cannot be sprayed in very heavy coats and temperature is very important while spraying. If sprayed too heavily and in too high temperatures, the lacquer will haze significantly from trying to flash off so fast. This product needs to be sprayed at room temperature and in lighter coats. Even at room temperature, the lacquer gives off a rainbow effect if sprayed too heavily. It polishes out but is still unusual compared to other nitro lacquer spray cans. Regardless, this will likely be my go-to product if needing nitro clear in a spray can because it has such a great price point.

I was never so disappointed with a paint product. I sprayed several coats letting it dry for a couple days each time. Still has not cured and if I wipe the table with a towel black comes off onto the towel. There is something radically wrong with this black lacquer spray paint .
