I've been giving this supplement to my non-verbal autistic son now for about a month. There has been a noticeable increase in eye contact and verbalizations as well as an increase in effort to verbalize. I can't say for certain that this supplement is responsible for that. It may just be natural development, but I think so. There are several studies on PubMed that back up Sulforaphane so I don't feel completely off-base. As far as quality, I have no idea. I wish that when sellers say "third party tested" they would elaborate on that or provide a photo of the test. Otherwise, that's just like saying my neighbor tested it and said it was okay. I don't know what GMP means either so it would be nice if they elaborated on that also. That said, I chose this product because... Sulforaphane is a very unstable, short-lived compound. It is very difficult to capture in a supplement. It's created when glucoraphanin is broken down by myrosinase enzymes naturally present in cruciferous plants, particularly abundant in radishes. The idea of this supplement from the ingredients list is to generate sulforaphane on site in the digestive system by leveraging the glucoraphanin from the broccoli seed extract and moringa oleifera leaf extract and adding myrosinase. Having done a deep dive on sulforaphane, this strategy made sense to me. *I'm not a scientist or professional. I'm just a parent looking for every/anything that can help my son.

Too potent for me. Gave them away.

Good value for the price. Easy to swallow. Dose is two tablets - so thirty day supply.

I just switched to Humanx Sulforphane + from another leading brand, one that advertises itself as having per serving "more sulforaphane than any other product" (well, that's because they use a much larger capsule!). Humanx Sulforphane + is significantly less expesive and that was a major factor also. I like the black bottle because it makes it stand out from my other supplement bottles and I can reach for it easily. In my photo I use a US dime for comparison.

Just what was advertised. Delivery was fast.
