For piece it’s not bad machine. One was returned. Replacement was good. I use it in the mobile truck. If it’s too hot it’s not making ice but it’s normal. Sometimes it’s giving error and when you restart the machine it’s fine after that. Bad part is not parts you can purchase if you need it. I haven’t need yet. It’s working so far 3 months every day average 8 hours with no problem. It’s easy to open and install. Lights at the lids is plus.

I was so excited for this purchase. I set it up and ran it. The mixture wasn’t cooling, so I left it overnight. In the morning, there was still no change. To add to my disappointment, this machine was LOUD. It would be difficult to have a prolonged conversation near it. I reached out to customer service, and after a few days of waiting, the following was what I was told: Dear Customer Thank you for your question to the VEVOR team! (1) Please make sure that the mixture should contain more than 13% sugar, between 13% and 25%. (2) The temperature is set between -2°C and -3°C in the absence of alcohol and between -6°C and -9°C in the presence of alcohol. (3) How long has the machine been running? Has it been more than 30 minutes. (4) Please refer to the attached video to open the side panel with a screwdriver and press the "SLUSH" button, then look at the fan, compressor and copper pipes. 1. If the fan won't turn, check the wires of the fan first, if it still doesn't work, we can send you a replacement. 2. Check whether the copper pipe has rupture, rupture can first find a welder to weld back, and then contact the refrigerator or air conditioning maintenance personnel to vacuum to re-add refrigerant. 3. If the compressor starts without sound, can not work properly, according to the specifications of the compressor above to buy a local, sorry this side can not send the compressor. 4. If the fan can turn, the compressor sound, but not cooling, is the refrigerant leak. You can contact a refrigerator or air conditioner repair person to find a way to make up for it. Kind regards. VEVOR Support Team Basically, I was sent a machine that did not work and was told to hire someone to fix it. I started a return that day. It has been a month, and I am still waiting for the refund. Update: after contacting via chat Amazon Customer Service, a full refund was issued. I am glad that I can close the door on this prolonged problem.

I’m a manager at a Gentleman’s Club in Mobile Alabama, and the Entertainer’s and Female Customers love this Slushy Machine, here’s multiple places that sell premix and if you know what you’re doing, you can make your own with this machine, way cheaper than the competitor, same outcome.

This machine freezes fast. I purchased for home use. The only problem I had was getting the tanks to lock the feet over the ledge. After 3 full tanks on the floor I was able to get the tank locked. It took about 45 mins to break down clean and reassemble. You can put bottle coke in the machine. I also mixed sweetened coffee with flavored creamer it was delicious. I did leave it running the first night on drink and in the morning switched to freeze. So far I'm very happy with the machine. It doesn't have very good instructions. I haven't got into the temperature settings yet. I would recommend 2 tanks so many flavors to choose from. I have had the machine a year now. You can change the settings to get it to freeze better. But you can't purchase gaskets after the warranty is out . I have shopped for days for the gaskets. I guess my next step is to try to have them made. Amazon does sell a auger gasket that works and you can find the tank gasket but the spout I haven't found one that will fits. I took plumber's tape and put in the spout gasket and it worked. It's a great machine but no parts. Vevor would sell more machines if instructions were clear and sold parts . Mine has run day and night for a year. I put it on drink when not in use . It freezes fast my settings are set on 1.8 and 2.0.

This slushie machine works pretty good. It's reasonably easy to clean. Makes the texture of slush you dream about. HOWEVER - the instructions, I think, are translated poorly and tech support is 'meh'. I had a lot of difficulty trying to get the machine to adjust the slush temp up. It would automatically start adjust CD (Cold Drink) setting. Tech support, instead of answering my questions directly, just kept sending me PDFs of the instruction book. They've changed the button panel on these a couple times I think. eventually I did figure out there's a specific sequence of buttons to press to get to the SL (Slushie temp) setting. It looks like it should be obvious, it's not. which is fine, but the instructions are translated poorly and often in broken English. Once I got there, I like this machine a LOT. I have it in my food truck and it's a big hit in the hot summer.

STOP !!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.... Bought this product and 40 days after i bought it the compressor went out... Had about 20 emails back and forth with VEVOR and they wanted all kinds of video, pictures and order forms from Amazon. Then they final came up with an email saying my compressor was bad and i would have to find a local company to buy from. Not at any time did VEVOR say they would pay for the new one or pay the company to repair it. Got an estimate for almost 2600.00 to fix the machine. Which the machine brand new was only 880.00. Finally talked with Amazon and they made it right even though it was past the 30 day return policy.

This Slushie Machine was a Great Investment!!! I'm so glad that we got it. We had to learn how to use it but all in all Great Investment! I would definitely this Machine to anyone with a business.

Haben die Maschine jetzt schon 2 Monate in Betrieb. Nicht durchgehend, haben schon 14 Liter Sirup (84 Liter Slusheis) hergestellt. Die Maschine ist nicht billig aber im Vergleich kosten sie immer gleich viel. Die Maschine lässt sich gut reinigen. Habe sie aber auch schon nur mit klarem Wasser ausgespült, geht auch. Die Temperatur lässt sich super am Display einstellen. Beleuchtung ist im Deckel und kann über das Bedienfeld eingeschaltet werden. Das Gewicht der Maschine ist nicht leicht, ca 30kg. Super Ding ….

Très facile d utilisation Le résultat est vraiment très bon et bluffant

En primer lugar la tapa no encaja 100%. En segundo lugar venía el recipiente con unas motas de algo parecido a cera que costaba trabajo quitarla. Y en tercer lugar no funciona. No llega el líquido a congelarse y se para. No lo aconsejo para nada.
