Nice rubber grips - doesn't stick or slip. Easy to adjust and to use. Overall great and seems well made.Will update if it breaks down in the near future.

It's a simple wheel mechanism to adjust the resistance offered and a straightforward design otherwise. I've been using it regularly since purchase without issue and the device seems sturdy still.Offers a good resistance range.Only minor complaint is that the hand span required might be too much for some, a couple of family members with much smaller hands struggle to get a strong grip on it. That said they are very small so really it's entirely their fault.

Angegeben als 60kg handtrainer.Gekauft weil mein 50kg Trainer zu leicht wurde. Leider ist dieser "60kg" Trainer um einiges leichter als mein 50kg Trainer 🤣Ich schätzte ihn auf 45kg.Absolute Schweinerei!
