Both the VFR and IFR placard feature tower light signals, phonetic alphabet, flight plan sequence, special equipment suffixes, transponder codes, engine failure checklist and cruising altitudes. IFR placard also includes position report format and mandatory reporting points. VFR placard adds basic VFR weather minimums.
