First off, it tastes great BUT...Be careful!
Specifically I am reviewing the Blue Agave Sriracha.PRO's:I love the flavor, I tried this sauce for the first time while eating some chicken and instantly fell in love with the sauce. I then searched for the product online so I could buy it. I got some and it's just as good as I remember.CON's:BUT now that I have it I've found out that Blue Agave nectar is actually just a worse form of sugar. All sugar -- from table sugar to HFCS (high-fructose corn syrup) to honey -- contains some mixture of fructose and glucose. Table sugar is 50/50, HFCS is 55/45. Agave nectar is a whopping 90 percent fructose!Research shows that it's the fructose part of sweeteners that's the most dangerous. Fructose causes insulin resistance and significantly raises triglycerides (a risk factor for heart disease). It also increases fat around the middle which in turn puts you at greater risk for diabetes, heart disease and Metabolic Syndrome (AKA pre-diabetes).This sauce tastes great, but blue agave is dangerous. Agave syrup is almost all fructose, highly processed sugar with great marketing. Don't let them fool you. Agave nectar syrup is a triumph of marketing over science. True, it has a low-glycemic index, but so does gasoline -- that doesn't mean it's good for you.BE CAREFUL!

What the heck??? Carbonated hot sauce?!
The container was bulging when it arrived from Amazon. I figured it was because the sauce was probably bottled at a lower altitude. When I unscrewed the cap, there was more pressure than I realized and hot sauce went spraying. Got everything cleaned up and put the cap back on. I gave it a couple of shakes and suddenly the bottle was under massive pressure again! The little snap-on cap blew off, and this time hot sauce went spraying everywhere, including all over my shirt. The bottle contents continued bubbling up and out for at least 10 seconds, just like a carbonated drink would do if you shook it. In all, about 1/4 of the bottle was lost. It smelled okay, but I suspect it's probably spoiled.EDIT: I upgraded my rating to 5 stars for a couple of reasons - 1) Amazon replaced the spoiled bottle with a good one in two days, no questions asked, and 2) this is very good hot sauce and a great value considering that you get almost 20 ounces delivered for under eight bucks. It's good on sandwiches and great as a dip for chicken.

1 quart of water six chicken breast 1/4 cup of Mortons sugar cure, 2t Yellow Bird Ghost Pepper marinate overnight ,Drain & Bake
First I ordered all of your products. After many months it boiled down to two that I wanted a little on everything .Seracha and Serrano are my favorites and I have ordered additional bottles of both.I keep small bottles of all of them on my counter and store the big bottles in the refrigerator. Hands down my favorite condiment. I am 83 years old live alone in the forest in the coastal range of Western Oregon. Amazon prime delivers to my door. Doug Smith

Best ghost pepper sauce on the market; not just heat, incredible flavor!
This hot sauce is one of the best I've ever had. I'm a hot sauce enthusiast and always eager to try a new brand. Sometimes with ghost pepper hot sauces (Dave's insanity sauce is a perfect example) it's all heat and no flavor. That is not the case with yellowbird! In addition to having an extreme heat that any real hot sauce lover will enjoy it also has a depth and complex flavor I've never found in a ghost pepper sauce before. The ingredients in yellowbird come through clear and not muddled. The first taste I tried I could clearly identify the hint of lime that is used in this sauce. The other ingredients (all organic ) tomato paste, garlic, vinegar contribute to making an incredible flavor you won't find in other ghost pepper sauces. Highly recommended. The bottle also has a great design with a "sriracha style" squeeze bottle with a narrow spout. You won't regret buying this sauce!

Pretty much the best sauce ever
I fell in love with this stuff while visiting a friend in Austin, TX and have made sure to stay well supplied with it ever since. I live in California, so it's not available on the shelves of my supermarket, thus I must resort to Amazon to stay flush with this tasty condiment. If you're a fan of habenero flavor and want a sauce that isn't quite as fiery as some of the other habenero sauces out there, this is your ticket. If you like to slather your food in sauce to enhance your flavor to the point where your spouse/partner/friends ask if you can even taste the food underneath, this is the sauce for you. I'd recommend dabbling in the full lineup of yellowbird hot sauces and see if some of their other offerings also tickle your pickle. While the habenero condiment is the flagship, i'd also give a shout out to the serrano and ghost pepper condiments for their place in your dining utility belt.

Excellent Habanero Sauce
This habanero sauce offers up a masterclass in hot saucery! I was apprehensive with the first ingredient being carrots, but the flavours are wonderfully blended. Initially there’s a hit of sweet heat, followed by habanero flavour, then salty vinegar finished with lime. Then the heat comes on fully after 10-20 seconds. This has earned a permanent place in our roster. Well done Yellowbird, I’m a fan!

No lid?
For the price I'd expect it would have a proper lid. Once opemed that's it, it will remain open till finished. Taste is ok.

Absolutely LOVE this sauce!
I bought it to use specifically on roasted almonds. I now use it to roast everything. Try it on cauliflower, butternut squash, turnips, etc...it is amazing!

Spicey, but with proper flavour
Love the hot sauces from yellowbird, they combine proper heat with actual flavour. I’d recommend trying out the various ones and you’ll really get different tastes coming through. The bottles are easy to use too. Each one goes best with different foods, worth giving them a try. Have it every other day
