Cabbage is the poor man's antibiotic in the middle ages. In the Eastern world it had been used for stomach and intestinal complaints for years. It is a strong source of the very delicate vitamin U which in known to heal or greatly help people with IBS or stomach ulcers. Coleslaw and cabbage soups etc. are very helpful but cabbage tabs or capsules are an absolute blessing, Quite gentile on the tummy actually..

Better than eating lots of cabbage
I don’t care that much for cabbage for my ulcers but this is a good alternative. My ulcers always get better. Kind of pricey for a cheap vegetable.
