A Summer Makeup Must!
I love it! I use this as primer under my makeup. It’s sooo smooth and moisturizing. My makeup goes on seamlessly! This is for the oily girls! It works great in the summer, helping to keep makeup in place and control any excess oils throughout the day. No more melting makeup!

Cleared up my rash
I have had a chronic rash on both my inner thighs going on four years now. I have tried EVERYTHING from iodine to alcohol, witch hazel, I've tried costecosteroid pills, various creams on the shelves of Walgreens, Target, and CVS that NEVER worked. I used this stuff and applied everyday after my shower and the rash has subsided significantly. I will always have the rash, because it's caused by eczema which has no cure, but this stuff keeps it under control. I started out applying five coats of the lotion per day and then I went down to one coat a day. Now, I only apply it once a week and hopefully pretty soon I can start applying it only when I feel an outbreak. I am so happy to have this overwith! It's funny how you see doctor after doctor and they don't even help you. It's crazy how all I had to do was buy some calomine lotion and the problem is solved, crazy. None of the doctors I saw were able to help me with this problem, they just looked at me and acted like it was the worst thing they'd ever seen in their lives.... crazy world people, can't trust your doctors.

Caladryl Lotion, Calamine
Calamine lotion is ALWAYS my go-to when my family has any itching problems in non-private areas of their bodies. It may not look aesthetically nice with pink-ish smears, but after it dries it stops the itching for a long time. I have always used it on poison oak and ivy skin itches, and those can be quite awful depending on one's reaction to it. I keep several bottles on hand and this stuff never expires if you keep the lid on tight. I've had some calamine lotion for over 20 years and it was still good to use. I buy the name brand calamine lotion because the kind they sell at the dollar store or even Wallmart is watered down and doesn't dry nearly as thick - thus less itch control.

Great for mosquito bites! *HEALING PROCESS INCLUDED*
I was sitting by a bush at night at a park and the next morning I woke up with 8 different mosquito bites on the leg that was next to the bush. They got progressively worse and wouldn't stop itching. They got so bad my ankle swelled up. However, I started using this lotion and it completely takes away the itch! And also heals them.I did take away 1 star because in order for it to actually cover your bites you need to glob an entire big squeeze on a pad and apply it to your leg thick without rubbing it or else your bite isn't covered and barely has any on. I wish it was thick to begin with but it's relatively thin. Takes about 15 minutes to dry in big globs but a great product besides that!Better than a pharmacy brand!

For itching skin
The ingredients in calamine lotion have been mixed together for centuries. The World Health Organization has it on its lists of “essentials.” Old-fashioned as it may be it’s truly most reliable - insect bites, minor eczema, poison ivy

Exactly as described.
Great product. Have used this product for years for bug bites to poison oak. Difficult to find in a store, happy to find it on Amazon.

Soothing
The same stuff that was rubbed on bug bites in elementary school now enjoyed in the comfort of my home. If its been around that long they have to be doing something right.Really soothes bug bites, some minor will power not to itch is still required. A little thin to really use the term "lotion" as it is about as fluid as water, you will definitely need an applicator pad/swab/ball.

Best for poison ivy
Oklahoma is a jungle in poison ivy this very wet year. Kuduzu or honeysuckle is considered an invasive species, Ha!! Caladryl pink lotion I dab on Everytime the itch starts; (keep it where you sit). Seem to get over it very fast. The Clear Caladryl is nice to have on hand too. The pink comes out in a very nice controlled droplet amount. If you get the clear on the floor you slip on it.
