This is a great product. A very good value (when it was priced $13-$15) My skin feels so good after using this. I use the PKY Moisture Serum after I apply the PKY essence toner. I could probably stop there, but then I do the PKY calming moisture barrier cream and I'm set! I like to mist a moisturizing watery toner in between layers. I am hydrated, moisturized, and my skin feels great. Not greasy or heavy, just perfect. I used to get really tight skin around my cheeks at my workplace due to the dry air there, but since I've been using PKY products I no longer dry out during the day. This routine plays well with sunscreen and sheer foundation, no pilling. No scents. Good for sensitive skin. I have dry and sensitive skin that is prone to irritation and redness and PKY's products are great, and are a great price too (edit: wrote this when it was priced $13-$15 - not sure if its still a good value)

I have always liked this brand, everything I have tried is gentle, soothing and makes my skin feel great. This product is no exception, and it is one of my favorite serums for the fall and winter season. It gives my dry skin the extra bit of hydration, moisturization and nourishment it needs to sooth my skin and help deal with the colder harsher weather and the extra dryness that always occurs this time of year. I love the way this serum feels on my skin, it's not greasy at all and sinks in nicely (I use it after other serums and before moisturizer) and as with most of Pyunkang Yul's products the ingredients are simple yet very effective. Also their packaging is beautiful and you get so much of this serum as it's 100ml. This is my second bottle of this serum and I will absolutely purchase again in the future.

First of all, it arrived on time. Being a product from so far away, I had my doubts but was pleasantly surprised. I adore the packaging, very professional and looks like it came from somewhere very high end if you had to go purely on impressions by the box. Made me feel like i paid $80 instead of what i actually did. I was originally looking for something to use to bring my dull, winter dried out skin back to life and I believe I have found it- not just for winter months but a year round staple. It has a medium, texture like a watery lotion and it even looks like milk. It doesn't have much of anything scent wise, but you can definitely make out the olive oil. I LOVE how many chemicals and nourishing agents are all brought together so it's like a one stop shop for your face that just somehow works together. I honestly expected it to leave a film once dried or flakes but once it's massaged in, it all gets absorbed and my face looks absolutely luminous. I can even just apply some bb cream and powder again on days I don't wish to go all out on my makeup. You get ALOT for the price and a little goes a LONG way so this will last you a while. I swear, I've gotten 5 years back since starting this less than a month ago. That being said, there was a small issue with the bottle. I'd suggest they switch to a pump. Since the thickness and consistency of the serum is very lotion-like, it tends to grip onto the dropper and get EVERYWHERE during reinsertion. Even when i opened the package, i immediately feared there'd been a leak as it was seeping from under the lid and down the neck of the bottle. The only solution I could come up with is to remove the insert they put at the top of the bottle, wipe everything down to remove the excess, let it sit upright for a few hours and then it should be as good as new. You just really have to be careful whenever you reinsert the dropper and ALWAYS keep it in an uprightpositionor you'll have to rinse and repeat. Other than that, TOTALLY worth everything even the small bottle issue. 10/10, would recommend!

I have very sensitive skin—my face gets red and irritated easily, and most moisturizers tend to burn or cause discomfort. But this one has been absolutely amazing! It’s incredibly gentle and soothing, and it leaves my skin feeling soft and perfectly hydrated. There is no irritation whatsoever. I couldn’t be happier—I highly recommend it!

Updated review: serum and ampoule Serum: It seals in the moisture, does not grease, and it’s not irritating to the skin. Great first step after cleansing and toning. I love how it’s packaged, too. There is quite a bit more in the bottle than you see in other serums. Ampoule: wow! This stuff is amazing! As others have noted; pat it on the skin instead of spreading like a serum or a cream. It has a wonderful cooling effect on contact; and it definitely seals in the other products you have applied so you get an added benefit. Great last step after moisturizer. I use it at night and when I wake up my skin feels hydrated, fresh, and nourished.

I actually ordered the Ampoule, not the Serum since the Ampoule has a thick, goopy texture I wanted to try with my Gynong cream. Not Pyunkang Yul's fault and the Serum is quite lovely. A simple oil and water emulsion with Milk Vetch Root as the primary ingredient. The whole PY line is very good for people with very dry skin (not oily or "combination", whatever that is) who are very sensitive to active ingredients, ie retinol or ascorbic acid or AHAs. This is soothing skincare, not aggressive. It's a big step above The Ordinary for sure. PY is definitely adult skincare, so if you use lines like Innisfree or Dear Klairs or Cosrx then skip this. I really wanted to love this product, but I can't. My skin is very sensitive and acne-prone so I thought this would be a good choice for me, but I was wrong. The formula doubled the amount of whiteheads on my face overnight. Also, my problem with the presentation is the fact that this bottle has a weird dropper to get to the product, and it doesn't work well at all. Not enough product is dispensed at once either. That being said, it is moisturizing and has never caused burning or stinging to my face. It just gave me more whiteheads. I think that customers who don't struggle with acne will really like this.
