This product is amazing, and Zillion is an amazing company. My daughter dropped her unit and broke a plastic light cover. Zillion did not hesitate to replace the broken part. I use it 2-3 times a week and pretty happy with it. It relieves stress on the neck and massages lower back pretty well. 15 min timer is perfect and being cordless helps me to use it when on long trips. Great value for the money. I am happy I bought cordless version (even though it is slightly more expensive than the corded one) , it is worth is. Suggestion: Charging port should be have been on the side .

I found nothing to dislike really. I have been wanting to try a massager for chronic lower back pain and after reviewing them extensively on line opted for this one. I am not disappointed. This little machine is excellent for reducing spasms and pain in this brittle, 77 year old back. You can adjust the pressure just by leaning forward a bit if it’s too intense or by using the lighter mode already programmed in. Lots of adjustments are available to personalize this little massager. I am happy with the rechargeable/portable capability as well. This allows me to use the massager untethered to an electrical outlet. One negative aspect which might bother some is the heating element is a little on the mild side so don’t expect a gush of real warmth. What heat it does emit is fine for me but others might like more.

We tried our son-in-law's and loved it, so we got our own Shiatsu massager. We got the cordless which is great! (You can use it plugged in or not.) We haven't used the heat much. Even though it is well built and a good quality, I have to say that after just a few months it stopped working. (I don't know why.) But the company was absolutely fantastic and easy to work with. They immediately sent us a new massager and a label to mail the other one back. They also offered to sign me up for a two year warranty. I recommend this product and company.

Use it everyday for hips, back and neck. Amazing! Cordless is the only way to go.
