I have had a ton of trouble with my stomach over the years. I finally went to a NP who does functional medicine and discovered why. This product helps your body to build up and maintain the mucosa lining in your stomach. I take a powder and it's not always easy for me to remember to take it - so I got this for those days that the powder didn't make it into the line up of supplements! So far I can't tell a difference from when I take the powder or when I take this, my tummy is doing a lot better!

I am on the 7th week of an 8 week protocol to heal my leaky gut and this product seems to be working. To give you an idea of the extremity of my situation, I have had this problem for over a year if not longer. Was tested and Have approximately 50 IGg food sensitivity “allergies” which are basically what I was eating a lot of including chicken (yes organic), cabbage, onion, garlic, blueberry, chia seeds, licorice, etc etc. this is a big symptom of leaky gut. I can tell my allergies have improved over last 7 weeks as my gut heals. I recommend this!
