Exceeded expectations! I was hesitant to order this because of the reviews regarding poor installation instructions, but the photo instructions were pretty straightforward and I was able to look up youtube video installation guides online which also helped. The product itself is pretty high quality for the price - wood material, dimming light, and light color options are some of the favorite features!

This is a very good looking fan and the remote control is so convenient. Lots of great features such as time turn off, vacation mode and light color changes. Loved how easy it installed and worked so well that we bought three more fans. One fan light combo had an issue with the light, but the customer service answered the email and quickly resolved the problem. great product and highly recommend by this guy!

We hired an electrician to install this fan. It's very attractive and it puts out great wind, even on lower settings. For us, the number 3 setting is cooling and provides a pleasant, comfortable breeze. Those are the plus features. The minus features are that the down rod doesn't hang straight on a cathedral ceiling. It's slightly tilted, so it was difficult to balance the blades with the weights provided. The result is a small wobble and a faint clicking sound that comes and goes, but I'm certain it's due to the sharp angle of our ceiling and not a malfunction of the fan. Our old fan was extremely heavy, so overall, it's a relief to have a lightweight fan that appears to be well-made.The remote is a good size and easy to navigate, but the fan isn't always responsive. There's a delay when turning it on or changing the speed, which may be normal. But on a couple of occasions, it wouldn't accept a change in speed. I had to turn the wall switch off and back on in order to select a speed setting.The lights come in different shades from glaring blue to soft yellow, so it's good to have a choice if you are light sensitive. The one feature we don't like is that the light turns into a night light that glows in the dark. I did read about this or saw it on a video, but what I didn't realize is that it can't be turned off. Even though it's dim, it's noticeable, so if you need total darkness to sleep, this might be something to consider.

Easy to install, blows air really well, sleek design. When my dog ate my remote, customer support sent me a free replacement. Will be buying these fans for the rest of my house.

Very nice simple, modern fan. Good air flow, no vibration or noise. Light is not very bright but good for soft ambient light.

The media could not be loaded. This is our third fan that we have purchased from this same company Sofucor. The reason overall is because of how modern these fans look, how quiet they are and also how easy they are to install. The pictured installation guide was so easy to follow, more so than if there was a worded installation guide. We were able to choose from a multitude of colors and found one that completely matched our outside deck. There is no shaking to these fans even with using the longer down rod size, likely due to the solid build quality of the fan. The remote control cannot be lost as this is what controls 100% of the functionality of the fan. There is no string hanging from the fan. We bought two of these fans for the outside deck as u can see in the video and the individual remotes work separately for each respective fan which is great. The fan speeds are up to 6 and even at the top speed there is not shaking and there is more than enough wind generated. The light dims nicely from a warm light to bright white light with the touch of one button on the remote. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase

The media could not be loaded. I bought this to replace a non functioning fan in my bedroom of my new home. The fan looks great and goes together pretty easily. The instructions are mostly useful, but leaves a few things out. For instance there’s a small cover plate that attaches to the bottom of the canopy at the ceiling. The instructions didn’t mention it and it was only after I had the fan wired and installed that I noticed it left over. Installing it would require taking the entire fan down, unwiring it and taking apart the top to slide it on. Needless to say, I didn’t bother installing it as it’s purely cosmetic.The only issue I ran into was the wiring. My ceiling has red, black, white and bare ground wires and the fan only has white and black. Capping the red wire and connecting only the white, black and ground wires resulted in nothing working. Testing the black wire, it only had 19 volts, so something was wrong with how that one is wired and I’m not an electrician. Testing the red wire however, it had 120volts and is on a wall switch. So I capped the black wire from the ceiling and wired the red wire to the black fan wire instead. Switch on, and everything works as it should.The fan has 6 speeds and a breeze mode. I love the breeze mode. It cycles between 1-6 and creates breezes, very cool feature I haven’t seen before. The light has 3 temperature changes and is dimmable. Having a fan greatly improved the airflow in my room and it’s now much more comfortable. Love the matte black and the wooden blades.It does have a slight wobble at speeds 5/6 that I couldn’t get to go away with the weight kit. But it’s not bad enough to worry about.
