Initially, I ordered Neotril 8 mil gloves, as I wanted something a little thicker than these, which are 6 mil. I measured my hands EXACTLY, according to their directions, resulting in a Medium, but when received, found them so tight and difficult to put on/remove, as to be unusable. I also didn't like the diamond texturing on the palm, prefer the smooth, so into the trash they went. I had a 50 box size of these Venom Steel before, and liked them, but they only came in a "one size fits all", which were a little looser on me than I like. Specific sizes can only be selected in the 100 box size, so I chose large, which are snug, but functional, just right, to my taste. I am a real small guy (5'3", 118 lbs), and have small hands for a male, so if you're an average to big guy, you should order larger than this, IMO, FYI. I compared these to the 8 mil Neotril, before I pitched them, and they feel just as thick, or even slightly thicker. Additionally, they are superior in quality, with a white inner liner, whereas the Neotril, and most others, are just a single layer. In combination with my new Storage Standard Glove Box Holder, purchased here, which I also recommend, they're always handy for any task I might encounter around the house.

I recall seeing the commercials on TV thinking "... Not another male-ego empowering gimmick." It turns out that these work very well! Costly, but they work. I did my research based on reviews and all the different types available by this particular manufacturer, and I did measure the width of my palms as indicated on the diagram. Eventually, I ordered the 100-Pack Large (you'll have to pay a little extra for 'customized' sizes vs the 'One Size Fits All/Most' types, which are a little cheaper) and it fit pretty well. They weren't snug over the grooves between my fingers, but no trouble there. They were quite flexible and stayed on all day long... I purchased them to protect my hands while doing work on my truck (front and rear bumpers color-matched end caps to replace prior chrome ones, headlights, mirror caps) which was completed on Thursday and Friday. So I did the front bumper and headlights on Thursday. These gloves tackled everything in their way. They didn't rip, tear, or anything, which was quite surprising. I did notice on that day that these are able to be used on my smartphone (iPhone), but it DOES NOT, nor do they claim to, recognize your finger of choice for fingerprint security, so each time I needed to look at a video for instruction, I had to key my passcode in, which was an inconvenience. For the most part, the swiping etc. went well using the phone. It was a long day, but those gloves lasted the whole time, which was quite impressive. I used superglue, tape, of course all kinds of tools, a heating gun, etc. and they survived. I was glad to have them on deck. The next day, I did the rear bumper and the mirror caps. They did fare well, but not as good as the previous day... possibly user error. I noticed my hands were sweating underneath, and it was the same as the day before, but that's to be expected... just wanted to add that in there. The part that made me unhappy was when my hand slipped from tightening a bolt with a ratchet set, and it scraped underneath the body of the truck. The glove got punctured right through the knuckle of my middle finger, and that darn thing just DID NOT want to stop bleeding! Good God! I switched gloves, put pressure on it, wiped it off on my t-shirt, still kept bleeding. Eventually, I put on a pair of gardening (leather) gloves to stop the bleeding. The other pair tore on the tip of one of the other fingers (thumb or pointer... I cannot recall) for no reason in particular prior to all of this; I believe they were pinched between a couple of grooves underneath the vehicle. I remember getting a well-deserved breeze to my left hand. Hey, at the end of the day, they are just gloves meant to minimize exposure. Pros: 1). Heavy Duty 2). Decent grip 3). Can use smart devices with them on 4). Dual layers add to protection factor 5). Flexible Cons: 1). Not rip resistant in real-life situations (no one will sit there and pluck at these all day long with a screwdriver as 'shown' on the product image 2). Too costly 3). Loose/flappy around wrist (not all people have large wrists as shown on models) I guess I was had by them working well on the first day. Granted, this 3 out of 5 is a tough one, and closer to a 4 than a 5, and my hands were well protected (from a cosmetic standpoint, if you will), but I am glad I purchased them. No gripes... I'll use them in the future when doing more work. Hope this review helps you in making your purchase and that you have a wonderful day!!! (=

Great disposable gloves. I have used these professionally and at home since I saw these at Wallyworld about 10 years ago. And now for the secret that will make them hate me... These are so tough that you can wash these in a washer AND dry these on low/delicate in a DRYER with clothes! 😆 (Naturally, I discovered this by accident. I had also accidentally done this with the cheap blue ones several times. Those just balled up without damaging anything but the gloves, and were not reusable.) See the pair in the picture? Those have been washed and dried with clothes four times, so far. Still like new. I use this pair for washing and detailing my personal vehicles. I wouldn't do this if these were covered in pesticides or grease, etc. I probably wouldn't have even started doing this if my last re-order hadn't been lost in shipping; not to mention inflation. Anyway, these come out clean and dry, inside and out. Inside sweat and grime washed away and nice and dry inside for re-use. I've torn dozens of these after hours of working with equipment, but that's a credit to these disposable gloves. But I will wash and dry these from now on, if these are not torn, punctured, or contaminated with something that will contaminate or stain family fabrics when washing and drying.
