Once we figured out how these work, they were good. The instructions weren’t 100% clear, but maybe it was just us. It was a learning curve. But great assortment of bright colors.

Exactly what I expected!
I really like these & they are great for my classroom. Plus for the price I can throw away & replace when they get torn or dirty. The reason I gave 3 stars for assembly is because with tissue paper they tear easily and until you get the groove of how to pull everything apart, they can be frustrating.
