Hello, our hot water bags can not be heated in the microwave ~ you will be boiled in advance 80 degrees Celsius water poured into it can be used directly! Thank you!

One side is textured. The other side is smooth with 2 olive branches along the border and a warning/disclaimer text. Comes with a fabric pouch, with velcro seal, that has hex texture on both sides.

Is the fabric cover machine washable?

No guarantees. The cover is removable. There is no label on the fabric but it feels like cotton. I would think it would be washable in cold or warm water. Hot water might shrink it.
