These pants run large. I knew that before purchasing so I ordered the next size down and it worked out perfectly.These scrubs are comfortable and there has been no fading of the colors. I ordered a Landau 5 pocket scrub top and the colors were identical. My only complaint is they are a little long and usually I have a problem finding jean pants that are long enough. The price here on Amazon is excellent and lower than any other website I checked. I would highly recommend

I normally would wear a size XL in these, but sized up to an XXL because I have disproportionately large thighs for my size and was worried that an XL wouldn’t fit since these don’t have any stretch. That was a mistake- these scrubs were huge on me! In fact, a size XL might have been huge on me. No big deal though, I was able to pull the draw string tight and make them fit at the waist. Now, these are supposed to be the petite version of the pants. I’m 5’6” tall and these pants were still to long on me! I’m not short by any stretch of the imagination, they should have fit length wise. The fabric is ok. It’s white and everything shows through it, so make sure you wear white or nude underwear under these pants- otherwise everyone will know what kind of underpants you got on for the day. The fabric isn’t particularly soft- feels like hospital gowns or hospital sheets. There’s only one back pocket on each side (they’re reversible). No other pockets to speak of.

I bought two pair of these. One for me and one for my husband. Mine were a bit long which I just rolled up (I am 5'5") and baggy (I usually wear a 10 or 12), but I like to be comfortable and didn't mind at all just using the drawstring to tighten them up. My husband who is 5'10" and wears a 38x32 pant also wore the large. They weren't short nor did they seem tight on him. Material was thick enough that you didn't have to worry about things showing through. As a side note, I originally ordered the longer length and larger size for my hubby, they were way too long and too big. With Amazon they quickly cross-shipped and gave me plenty of time to return without charging me additional. I love Amazon Prime! Anyway. I would definitely recommend these scrubs.

I've waited like forever and finally received the scrubs from the seller!! Holy moly I can't say all of Landau's scrubs are bad qualities, HOWEVER this scrub pants's fabric materials are terrible, even a homeless guy's blanket have better quality than this CRAP you guys produced, dirt hair fabric could stick on the pants within seconds, "amazing"quality!!! So I chose to return this item, then I was "amazed"more by the seller. First of all, the return instructions showed I have to pay for $3 RESTOCKING FEE?! Then I noticed that we buyer have to pay for the WHOLE RETURN PACKAGE CHARGES other than that weird $3 restocking fee. This garbage cost me $18.18 when I ordered it on May 30th. After did some basic calculation, I realized I almost need to PAY THE SIMILAR AMOUNT to complete their sneaky return process by fulfilling their return polices! As a healthcare worker who works at the frontline during this Covid-19 pandemic, can you imagine how urgent we need more clean scrubs available for us to change and wear at work! And also how precious the time is toward us when you basically only get 1 day off a week and it's no more than 12 hours actually when you get off work at early morning. DO I REALLY WANNA TAKE EXTRA TIME TO GO TO UPS STORE TO FULFILL SELLER'S CRAZY RETURN POLICIES and meanwhile ALMOST PAY IN FULL AGAIN TO RETURN THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE?!!! WORST EXPERIENCE ON AMAZON EVER, BYE LANDAU:)

I hope this review will help others thinking about purchasing these classic drawstring waist scrub pants. I purchased a size XL-Tall (color Sandstone) for my husband. The waist and width of the legs fit good, not too wide, just tall and slim. He could fit into a large but he likes scrubs slightly larger. Now, regarding the “Tall” size (he is 6’2”, pant size 36-34) and these are about six inches too long. I plan to shorten the hem. If you’re over 6’6” these should fit fine. I hope this review will help others thinking about purchasing the “tall” sizes.

I've been wearing scrubs as pajamas for a long time. And Landau has been the best for long lasting, well made scrubs. Since I'm wearing them as pajamas, I want simple -- no zips, minimum pockets, drawstring waist with a braided waist-band that stays tied. A problem that I've had in the past is legs that are too long. These offered a petite length. (Note that Large-Petite fits a 180cm/6' bloke). The best part about scrubs is the ease of getting a large bottom and extra-large top.
