I have had problems with ephasia since I suffered a brain hemorrhage in 2016 and decided to give this a try. I was just hoping to stop or slow any further decline, but my friends and family have told me that my speech and focus have been markedly better over the last few weeks. I've purchased this product several times because I trust Peak Performance to leave the junk ingredients out. L-Serine is calming and helps me sleep well. I discovered it when looking for help with ALS. I'm not sure that it's helped, but I haven't noticed a decline in my symptoms in almost a year. I take a few other supplements too, but this one is at the top of my importance list, along with magnesium. Now if Peak Performance could bring the price down on their Magnesium. I'd love to try it too.

After being on many depression and mood stabilizer prescribed medications with many side effects, this product seems to help eliminate at least one of my medications. Also, my family seems to notice less irritability. I have recommended it to numerous friends who do not want to be on prescribed medication. .

The base formula worked ok for me but not well enough that i'd repurchase. Maybe if we had increased the dosage some, we would have noticed stronger effects. Like most supplements you have to try for yourself. For the money this was worth a try, even though it didn't make that big of a difference on us. Good luck though.
