My husband started taking Tremanol after the Inderal he was taking for years became ineffective and started causing his heart rate to be to low. He was put on Mysoline and had terrible side affects and it also was not effective. He got to the point he couldn't print his own name. After trying Tremanol for about a week the improvement in his tremor was very noticeable. Although not perfect, his tremor is now manageable. For him, it does make him a little tired and finds that just taking one in the morning gives him enough tremor relief without being tired and yes he can write his name now. If you research the ingredients you'll find that some are sleep aids. Not everyone is the same and will have the same results. However, this has been a wonder drug for him and we highly recommend it.

This product did not work at all for my husband. After 3 months of use his tremors in his hands are the same as before. It says money back if not satisfied but no way to let them know that we are not at all satisfied.

Anyway, I've used this product, 1 pill 2x/day, and have seen a dramatic difference. no more lower lip wavering, my hands oftentimes are no longer twitching when trying to drink. I hope to see more steady improvement with continued use. I did buy a 3-month supply to give it time... Highly recommend.
